1. Our Return Commitment

At Vibeslis, we want you to love how you look and feel in our fashion. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Final sale items cannot be returned (see section 7)

Non-returnable items (for hygiene and safety):

  • Intimates, undergarments, bodysuits

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

  • Earrings and hair accessories


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@vibeslis.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will send you a return authorization and confirmation.

  3. Ship your return within 7 days of receiving authorization.

Return shipping cost: Customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

 Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Vibeslis is not responsible for lost return packages.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection takes 5–8 business days

  • If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If your return is rejected (worn, stained, missing tags, or hygiene items opened), we will contact you. You may have the item shipped back to you at your own cost.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

To get a different size or color:

  • Return the original item for a refund

  • Place a new order for the desired item


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We're truly sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vibeslis.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item)

  • A brief description

We will:

  • Cover return shipping costs

  • Send a replacement or issue a full refund – your choice


7. Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items discounted 40% or more

  • Holiday or limited-edition collections marked "Final Sale"

  • All clearance or sale items


8. International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, customs fees, and any duties

  • Refunds will include the product price only (original shipping and taxes are non-refundable)

  • We recommend using a tracked international shipping service


9. Local Returns (Framingham, MA)

If you picked up your order locally at 208 Central St, Framingham, MA, you may return it in person during customer service hours:
