1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship from Framingham, MA using major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Link to track your package

If you don't receive tracking within 4 business days, please contact us at contact@vibeslis.com or call +1 332-465-3687.


4. Shipping Destinations

Domestic (United States):

  • We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

  • Standard shipping (5–8 business days) may take longer for remote locations

International:

  • We currently ship to select international countries

  • International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes


5. PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

  • PO Boxes: Yes, we ship to PO boxes via USPS

  • APO/FPO addresses: Yes, we ship to military addresses via USPS

  • Delivery times for APO/FPO may take 15–30 business days


6. Order Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, Vibeslis is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • Holidays and peak seasons

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact the carrier first to file a claim

  • Vibeslis is not responsible for packages delivered to the correct address

Stolen Packages:

  • We recommend shipping to a secure location

  • Vibeslis is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vibeslis.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged box and product


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you enter an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@vibeslis.com

  • If the order has not shipped, we can update the address

  • If the order has shipped, Vibeslis is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address


9. Local Pickup (Framingham, MA)

We offer free local pickup at our Framingham location:
